Hi! I am Sara, and I am 57 years old.
I was born, studied and always lived in the district of Porto. In fact, since I was a child, I have liked to walk around the city, discover its secrets, and talk with its people.
Overall, from the Douro, I have wonderful memories of travelling with my grandparents to Aregos and participating in the corn and grape harvest … In fact, on our way home, we were always loaded with baskets of grapes of the most varied colours, wine, olive oil and, above all, tender memories!
I was a schoolteacher for 23 years, and after becoming unemployed in 2012, I decided to invest in myself. In other words, I graduated with a Master’s degree in Tourism, my true passion and, meanwhile, opened my company, Oporto & Douro Moments, in 2013.
At first, it was only me, but soon it extended to the family and quickly became a recognised company in the luxurious segment, providing personalised and exclusive travel services.
